digimazon.com gladly accepts returns or exchanges for unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered or defective merchandise purchased online that must be shipped to a U.S. address within 30 days of the order ship date. Free returns are available for store credit only. Store credit is issued immediately after the carrier picks up your return and never expires. You can start your return here.

Exchanges of the same item in a different size are available as long as we are notified of the exchange within 30 days of the order dispatch date. You can start your exchange here.

Damaged or defective merchandise can be returned within 3 days of delivery by contacting the Customer Service Center here.

Defective goods
If you receive a defective item, please contact Customer Service within 3 days to inform us of the problem. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, the item will no longer be eligible for return or exchange. You must attach photos of the damage/defect to your email.
We are not responsible for damage to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
Actual color of item may vary due to factors such as photographic lens, indoor/outdoor lighting and computer monitor resolution. Garment patterns may also vary. These conditions are not considered defects and the buyer will pay for the return shipping if they attempt to return the item to our warehouse.

You can return multiple orders in one return package. To ensure you receive the correct return credit, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization for each order/item you return. You must include a Return Authorization Form and invoice with all returned orders/items.
To protect the product, the shoe box must be shipped inside another box. We cannot accept returns if you have attached the shoes directly to the box with the returns label, or if the box has been damaged.
Once the carrier has received your return, we will promptly refund the purchase price to the email address you sent with your order.

International Return Policy
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered or defective merchandise purchased online within 30 days of the order ship date and return the merchandise to the store for a refund to any international address. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are dissatisfied with your international online purchase for any reason, please contact customer service within 30 days of the label's ship date to initiate a return. Please note that you are still responsible for any return shipping costs and actual shipping charges.
FAQ
How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
Once you receive the email indicating that the carrier has received your return, you will immediately receive a .com eGift Card to the email address you have on file.
Is there a restocking fee?
Free returns with store credit (digimazon.com e-gift card) only. Store credit will be issued immediately once the carrier picks up your return and will never expire. You may also choose to mail the item back using your own insured, trackable method.

Do you offer price adjustments?
Due to the limited quantities of our products and the high demand, we are unable to make price adjustments on any of our items.
How long does it take to process a return?
